Refund Policy
SECTION 1: Service and Program Fees
1.1 Coaching Services: By enrolling in Grad Mentor Network and paying the Enrollment Fee, you become a client of Grad Mentor Network. As part of this agreement, Grad Mentor Network guarantees a rate hold for you.
1.2 Service Fees: By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge your commitment to pay the agreed-upon amount to Grad Mentor Network. Please note that all payments made to Grad Mentor Network are final and non-refundable, except as indicated in the "Notes" section on Page 1.
You are responsible for making timely payments as stated in this contract. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice for late payments will result in a daily late fee of $25 and may cause a delay in delivering your draft(s). Except for any indications listed in the "Notes" section on Page 1, you agree not to request a refund or chargeback for any payments made to Grad Mentor Network.
Any disputes regarding payments made under this Agreement should be resolved directly between you and Grad Mentor Network. If a chargeback is initiated, it will be considered a material breach of the Agreement, resulting in the forfeiture of all remaining services that have not been performed. WritersER will have no further obligation to you, except as indicated in the "Notes" section on Page 1.
